The reason for the left and right sway of the screw linear module is mainly concentrated in the single-rail single-slider module. Because the lateral torque of the single-rail is very small, it can only bear a relatively small torque when used alone, so the left and right in the case of shaking, it is generally used to reduce the lateral torque by placing the load on the center of the slider. For example, most of the modules on the market with a width of 80 use a single linear rail. When there is a side load, do not choose this model. You should choose a linear module with dual linear rails and multiple sliders.
There is another situation, that is, the preload of the internal guide rail is small or after long-term use and wear, there is a gap in the linear guide, which will also cause shaking. For this problem, it is necessary to replace the line rail or increase the line rail preload to solve the problem.
