Warranty Overview
GIGA ("the Company") warrants that its Products and Parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. If any such defects occur, the Company will, at its own expense, take prompt corrective action-which may include repair, modification, replacement, or a full refund-provided that:
Written notice detailing the defect is received by the Company within 1 year of shipment.
The defect is reported to the Company within 30 days of the Buyer first becoming aware of it.
This warranty only applies if:
a. Installation, operation, and maintenance instructions provided by the Company have been followed.
b. Products have been used under normal or Company-approved operating conditions.
c. Products have been properly installed, operated, and maintained, without misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
d. No corrective work has been performed without the Company's prior written consent.
Limited Warranty for Third-Party Components
Products or Parts manufactured by third parties are covered only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty to the Company.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty replaces all other express, implied, or statutory warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as personal or property injury. By accepting the Products, the Buyer agrees that the Company shall not be liable for indemnification or contribution.
If any provision of this warranty is unenforceable, the Company's total liability-whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, or other grounds-shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected Products or Parts.
Legal Action Notice
Any legal action related to this warranty or the use of the Products must be initiated within 1 year after the cause of action arises.
