Inaccurate positioning of the cam divider means that the specified position accuracy error is too large. Generally speaking, as long as the workpiece is of a mechanical structure, there is a certain error value, as long as it is within a reasonable range, it is normal, but if it is too large, it will affect the processing. It is necessary to judge whether the positioning is normal.
In the actual maintenance, first check whether the positioning error is the up-down error or the left-right error of the output shaft. You can install the following steps to check.
1. Lock the disc on the output shaft tightly and check whether the positioning error is caused by looseness;
2. Check whether the error between the stations on the disc is too large;
3. Check whether the bearing of the input shaft is worn out, and whether the oil seal on the input shaft is damaged;
4. Check whether the torque of the input motor is normal and whether it is sometimes large and sometimes small;
You can use a dial indicator to check the accuracy to see where the problem is. The accuracy of the splitter is very important. If you can't solve it by yourself, you can contact my technician for repair.
