Why the servo planetary reducer vibrate? What should be done? Gigager engineer has summarized a few points as below:
1. If the servo planetary reducer jitters at zero speed, it may be that the gain value is set high, which can be reduced a little bit.
2. The planetary reducer will alarm and stop when it starts and shakes. It should be that the phase sequence is incorrect. If the acceleration/deceleration time is set too short, the servo planetary reducer will produce high inertia jitter when it suddenly starts or stops. Set the acceleration/deceleration time longer can solve this issue.
3. The load inertia of the planetary reducer is too large. Can replace with bigger servo motor and driver.
4. The wiring of the encoder of the servo planetary reducer is incorrect.
5. When the PID gain value is too large, it is easy to cause jitter, especially after D is added, so try to increase P, reduce I, and try not to add D.
6. For the interference of the analog input port, add a magnetic ring to the motor input line and the drive power input line. Keep the signal line away from the power line.
7. Rotary encoder interface motor, poor grounding can cause vibration.
