The GIGAGER Right Angle Table also called 90 degree rotary gearbox which are designed specially for servo motor gearbox for motion control applications.

1. What is the Right Angle Table?

It is a kind of rotating load device that specially designed for 90 degree force direction changes in some application for the purpose of spacing saving or special mechanism design.

The adoption of the top spiral bevel gear designed soft body and the optimized design of contact tooth surface makes the even load and allow high torque output. When it combined with planetary reducer, the gear ratio shall become bigger which reaches up to 1:50.

Gears are made of high strength carburizing alloy steel and the hardness of the tooth surface after carburizing can reach HRC60±2°.

Connected with servo motor, it can make segments at any angle, which can meet the digit control that the cam indexer cannot achieve.

GIGAGER Right Angle Table takes the advantages of servo motor DD motor, making the indexing at any angle and high performance.

Backlash≦ 1 arc min, repetitive positioning accuracy up to ±5 arc seconds.

Note: The repetitive positioning accuracy is measured at a constant temperature (normal temperature) under a constant load.

• Large Diameter Hollow Structure Makes Wiring and Piping Possible
