GMR60

The G+ GMR60 is a mini rotary axis with a dual-axis configuration. Its small and lightweight design makes it suitable for space-constrained scenarios. Both axes have a repeatability of ≤10 arcseconds, balancing a compact size with high-precision rotational capabilities in both dimensions. It covers three models: GMR60-100, GMR60-140, and GMR60-190. All models support a permissible torque of 5.3 N.m and a load capacity of 3 kg. The dual-axis design is clearly defined: the A-axis can rotate 360° omnidirectionally, while the B-axis supports ±180° large-angle oscillation. Both axes have a rotational accuracy of ≤30″, 2D concentricity and parallelism of ±0.02 mm, and a table rotation amplitude of only ≤0.005 mm. The gear ratio is 1:15 for the A-axis and 1:10 for the B-axis (1:18 for stepper models), with a rotational speed of up to 1080°/sec, providing efficient dynamic response. The A-axis is compatible with a 42 stepper/100W servo motor, and the B-axis is compatible with a 57/60 stepper/200~400W servo motor. Protection rating... With an IP60 rating, it can also be equipped with metal plate accessories, making it a flexible choice for compact workstations and light-load two-dimensional rotary applications.
